PAYMENT TERMS
FIRST TIME BUYERS:
Payment Terms: We are excited to start a new friendship! Upon P.O. receipt and approval, Cake Face Soaping will begin working on your order. We expect payment when the order is ready to be shipped. *Notice in the listing how long we need for production.

First buy minimum purchase $175
Repeat buy minimum $100

Cancelations: If something has come up or you've changed your mind, please contact me before canceling to see if we can modify things and find a solution. Otherwise, we can cancel your order as long as it is no more than 48 hours after you sent your order in. We hate to see you go if so.

REPEAT BUYERS:
Payment Terms: We are so happy to have you back! We offer 5/5 Net 15 for our repeat buyers which means you must pay in full on or before the 15th day after the P.O. has been approved. You have the option of paying by the 5th day and receiving a 5% discount as a result of paying early. Either way, we need to have the full amount paid 15 days after the P.O. is approved or sooner.
•Example: P.O. total $100 approved Jan 1...Pay $95 on or by Jan 5 OR pay $100 on or by Jan 6-Jan 15.

PRODUCTION TIME:
You'll see in each listing, we have noted the estimated production time. That is the longest amount of time it should take us.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We use Fedex or UPS. If you would like to ship via a different carrier, we can do that, just let us know and we can work out the details. We will note the cost on your invoice.
*If you would like to use a shipping account to pay, we are open to that, just let us know.

DROP SHIPPING:
Sure! You sell it, collect the money, and send us the invoice and our share of the sell. We will take care of shipping the product to the customer promptly—these get a priority in the job queue.

DAMAGED GOODS:
If when you receive the order, you see that it has been damaged, spilled please let us know. We are happy to replace the items you need.

EXTRA NOTES:
We like to give your customers a chance to try before they buy, so with items like perfumed oil, lotions, and scrubs we will send a tester. If you are local and would like to do a pop up to encourage sales and introduce your customers to the product, I am open to that! I'll also be sending a brochure with selling tips for each item to help your associates learn about the line and be able to do their best. Signage will be sent along with your order as well.

SHIPPING:
USPS Flat rate is what we use as default. The least amount will be the $12 box.

If you have an account you would like us to use for shipping or would like to use a different carrier, we don't mind accommodating that.

Flat rate boxes:
Medium box $12.65
Large box $17.90

*Any price adjustment will be noted in your invoice to get you the best price on shipping.
